Introduction

Sun, Chun-mei, Ph.D. in Art History, University of Paris IV, France. She specializes in art history and art criticism of the 19th and 20th centuries, and is deeply interested in the impact of "modernization/modernity" on art.
In recent years, she has published the following works: "Traveling in Paris, returning to the island: Shiy De-jinn’s glimpse of Europe "(2023), "Whose Subjectivity? The Metaphors and Misinterpretations of "Local Colours" in Taiten and Futen (1927-1943)" (1927-1943)(2022), "Paris in the Works of Liu Chi-Cheung (1910-1998)"(2020), and so on.
