Yuan-Da Hsu, Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies in Art from Texas State Polytechnic University, focuses on contemporary art development, and has in-depth research and practical experience in art criticism, art theory, and photographic theory.
Furthermore, He has been deeply involved in the development and research of art galleries and exhibitions in Tainan in recent years.
In recent years, he has published books such as "Materializing The Spirit:
The Epic Of Pu Tian-Sheng's Taiwanese Luminary Busts" (co-authored, 2023) and "Frontiers and Peripheries: Exploring the Contemporaneity of Taiwanese Art in the 1980s" (co-authored, 2023).
In addition to publications, he has also curated many exhibitions in different museums in Taiwan, such as "A Local Feast with Mother Tongue : a date in Southern Taiwan Community" at National Tainan Living Art Center (2023), and " Materializing The Spirit:
The Epic Of Pu Tian-Sheng's Taiwanese Luminary Busts " (2023) at the Chiayi Art Museum.
